    • Walls Between Apartments and Stairwells: Fully concreted hollow-core concrete block (240 mm)
    • Non-Load-Bearing Walls: Gypsum board walls on a steel frame or lightweight block, as needed
    • Intermediate Floors: Reinforced concrete hollow-core slabs
    • Windows: Triple-glazed plastic profile windows
    • Doors: Solid wood exterior and interior doors
    • Facade: Wooden cladding combined with facade plaster

    • Heating: Geothermal heating with room-specific adjustable underfloor heating
    • Ventilation: Forced ventilation with heat recovery
    • Water and Sewerage: Central domestic water supply and sewerage
