Each home includes a storage room and a sauna. These 4- to 5-room homes, complete with private yards, are move-in ready.

In Phase II of the development, two three-story apartment buildings with geothermal heating will be completed. Each building will feature eight 2- to 3-room apartments ranging in size from 45 to 84 m². Apartments on the ground floor will include a terrace with a private yard area.
