Phase II and III of the development will feature 11 striking timber-clad buildings, each comprising four energy-efficient townhouse-style homes arranged over two floors. Home sizes range from 77 to 117 m², offering layouts with three to five rooms. Each home includes a sauna (except apartment 3), a private terrace and garden area, as well as a storage room.

In Phase II of the development, two three-storey apartment buildings with environmentally friendly ground-source heating will be completed. Each building contains eight energy-efficient apartments ranging in size from 44 to 84 m², with layouts offering two to four rooms. Ground-floor apartments feature private garden areas with terraces, while apartments on the upper floors include balconies.
