This new, cohesive residential community features houses with distinctive architecture, coming together to form a harmonious and beautiful ensemble.

The main contractor for Phase II of Luige Kodud is the Estonian construction company NOBE.

    • Walls Between Apartments and Stairwells: Fully concreted hollow-core concrete block (240 mm)
    • Non-Load-Bearing Walls: Gypsum board walls on a steel frame or lightweight block, as needed
    • Intermediate Floors: Reinforced concrete hollow-core slabs
    • Windows: Triple-glazed plastic profile windows
    • Doors: Solid wood interior and exterior doors for apartments
    • Facade: Wooden cladding combined with facade plaster
