Buying a Home
Reservation Agreement
To reserve an apartment, a written reservation agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays a reservation fee of €2,000 to the seller. The reservation agreement is valid for one month.
Law of Obligations Sales Agreement
A notarized Law of Obligations sales agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays 10% of the purchase price to the seller. The paid reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you wish to pay more than 10% of the transaction price as an advance when signing the sales agreement, we can offer more favorable terms for a larger down payment. For more information and a personalized offer, contact the Everaus Kinnisvara sales manager.
Real Right Contract
To transfer the apartment, a notarized Real Right contract is signed with the buyer after the home is completed, and the buyer pays the remaining 90% of the purchase price to the seller. After the signing of the Real Right contract, the home is handed over to the buyer.
The purchase price includes:

- Readiness for connecting to telecommunication, security, and cable TV services
The purchase price does not include:
- Fees for connecting to telecommunication, security, and cable TV services
- Notary fees and state fees related to signing contracts (paid by the buyer)
