A trendy home is a personalized home, which is why you choose the interior finishes for your home from our wide and diverse selection - it's your choice, not ours.
As is characteristic of us, Luige Kodud does not offer the standard interior finishing packages predetermined by the developer. We have created a high-quality selection from the interior finishing materials available on the market, but within this selection, you have the freedom to choose the most suitable materials and combine them as you wish.
The selection of interior doors (framed, panelled, veneered doors), parquet flooring (veneer, plank, herringbone parquet), and ceramic tiles (marble, terrazzo, subway/metro tiles, natural stone pattern tiles) is wide and diverse. The selection includes details with various finishes (door handles, electrical fittings, sanitary ware) and several accent colours for the walls. You can also choose between two different types of sauna panelling and heaters (if a sauna is included in the layout). Only the main colour of the walls and the sanitary ceramics (Villeroy & Boch Subway 3.0 series washbasins and toilets) are standard white in all homes.
Most of the choices are included in the price; only a few options are subject to an additional fee. You can see and touch all the interior finishing materials at the Everaus Kinnisvara showroom on the border of Järveküla and Peetri, by scheduling an appointment with the sales manager in advance.
The interior finishing for the homes completed in Phase I and the homes due to be completed in Phase II has been chosen by the developer's interior designer. You still have the opportunity to choose the interior finishing for the homes completing in Phase III until January 25, 2026.
