True to our approach, Luige Homes do not feature the typical developer-determined interior finishing packages. Instead, we've curated a selection of interior finishing materials available on the market, and within this selection, you have the freedom to choose and combine the most suitable materials for your home.

The range includes interior doors (framed, paneled, veneered doors), parquet flooring (veneer, plank, herringbone parquet), and ceramic tiles (marble, terrazzo, metro, and natural stone-patterned tiles). Additionally, there are various finishing details (door handles, electrical fittings, sanitary fixtures) and several accent wall colors to choose from. Only the main wall color and sanitary ceramics (sinks, toilets) are standardized in white across all homes, and sauna rooms come with standard finishes.

Most of the options are included in the price, with only a few available for an additional fee.

You can see and feel all the interior finishing materials in the Everaus Kinnisvara showroom in Järveküla by scheduling a visit in advance with the sales manager.

For the last remaining homes from Phase I, the interior finishes have been thoughtfully selected by the developer's interior designer.
