Luige is a much-loved area just outside Tallinn near Viljandi Road. Many families have lived here comfortably for decades, enjoying the peaceful environment and safe village.
The area is undergoing extensive development. In addition to Luige Kodud, the Luige Keskus with Rimi grocery store, a 24/7 fitness gym, a pharmacy, eateries, etc., has been built a short walk away. The center will soon be completed with a new sports building and padel courts.
Today, you can quickly get out of the city via Tallinn highway, which is about 1 km from the new homes. Only a few years later, Luige will be directly connected to Ülemiste thanks to the small Tallinn ring road and the Rail Baltic train station.

The route to Luige is particularly beautiful. Just a few kilometres along a road lined with pines to leave the noise of the city behind.
It’s the perfect place to bring up your children or exercise. Just a stone’s throw from Luige Quarter you’ll find fairy tale forest trails where you can fill your lungs with fresh air. There’s space for walking, cycling or taking a look at what’s going on at the Exhibition Ground. There’s plenty to do at Luige from morning till night!
